I reposted this video to help another watch enthusiast on the dive watch forum at EOT, but please note, that if you haven't done this before, it's best to cover your watch with masking tape to protect it. I'm obviously quite comfortable doing this and to me it's just a watch, but for some of the more squeamish viewers, this maybe too difficult to watch. As with anything, if you don't want to take chances, go to a professional and have this done there instead. Hope this is helpful to some.
